A special tribute concert to honor the late Scott Hutchison was announced today (Oct. 30).

Tiny Changes: A Celebration Of The Songs Of Scott Hutchison, will take place on Dec. 5 at Rough Trade NYC in Brooklyn, N.Y. The event will feature performances from The National’s Aaron Dessner, Julien Baker and Death Cab For Cutie’s Ben Gibbard. Tickets for Tiny Changes go on sale Friday, Nov. 2 and can be found here.

The concert comes in light of Hutchison’s unexpected death in May at the age of 36. The Frightened Rabbit frontman was declared missing after he failed to return home to his hotel, and his body was discovered the following night. Hutchison battled depression for many years and was very open about his struggles with the illness.

All proceeds from Tiny Changes will go to benefit the Scott Hutchison Fund. “The Scott Hutchison Fund has been set up in memory of our beloved Scott,” Scott’s brother Grant said in a release. “It will form the basis for a Mental Health Charity to be set up fully in the coming months. We hope to be able to help others the way Scott did with kindness, empathy and hope."
