St. Vincent Reimagines Every 'Masseduction' Song On New Piano Album: Listen

Pamela Neal
St. Vincent

Marking the one year anniversary of her album Masseduction, St. Vincent (Annie Clark) has released a reimagining of the record, called MassEducation, on Friday (Oct. 12)

Clark describes the new album in a press release as "two dear friends playing songs together with the kind of secret understanding one can only get through endless nights in New York City.”

A stunning compilation of work, MassEducation re-imagines and offers another side of the previous 2017 record, laying bare the unique song craft and creative process signature of Clark's work. With Thomas Bartlett on the piano, the new album features stripped-back renditions of songs like "Young Lover" and "Fear The Future."

In addition to the new record, St Vincent has confirmed a few show dates in the U.S and Mexico. Stream MassEducation below, and check out the tour dates after the jump.
