The Pearl Jam frontman also brought out special guest Liz Phair for an acoustic version of 'Better Man.'
Hosting and headlining the third iteration of his annual three-day music festival Ohana Fest, Eddie Vedder rock n' rolled in Dana Point, C.A this weekend alongside some of the biggest names in music, according to Spin.
Cooking up Pearl Jam classics and a series of covers during his set -- Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen included -- Vedder also surprised the crowd with some very special guests. For his stripped-back version of Pearl Jam's 1994 classic "Better Man," the front man brought out Liz Phair -- who was also performing at the festival -- for an intimate, finger picked rendition.
On Saturday (Sept. 29), Vedder switched up roles and acted as the special guest on The Smith's Johnny Marr set. Filling up Morrissey's shoes, Vedder joined the guitarist for a cover of the indie rock band's 1968 hit “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out.”
