Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross Composing Music for HBO's 'Watchmen' Series

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are jumping onto their latest prestige project. The Oscar-winning duo behind The Social Network soundtrack who are currently on the road with Nine Inch Nails have been tapped to provide the music for HBO's anticipated adaptation of Alan Moore, Dave Gibbons and John Higgins's beloved mid-80s graphic novel Watchmen.   

The series from Lost/Leftovers co-creator Damon Lindelof about an alternate Earth history where "superheroes are treated as outlaws," will star Jeremy Irons, Regina King, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Adelaide Clemens. Watchmen is slated to debut on HBO in 2019.
