Death Cab for Cutie Perform 'Gold Rush' & Richard Swift's 'Most of What I Know' at SiriusXM: Watch

Death Cab for Cutie stopped by the SiriusXM studios in New York for a special performance of "Gold Rush" and a cover of Richard Swift’s "Most of What I Know" on Tuesday.

The wistful "Gold Rush" from DCFC's latest full-length, Thank You for Today, filled the room with bittersweet strumming before the band honored their late friend Richard Swift, The Black Keys and Shins member who died in July. Death Cab's Ben Gibbard emotionally explained how during a visit with Swift in hospice, "Most of What I Know" played in the room. After his friend's death, the song seemed like a good fit to honor him.
