Laura Jane Grace Announces Fall Tour & Debut Album With New Band Devouring Mothers

Laura Jean Grace amped up anticipation Monday night on her Twitter page by sharing that she was "unreal excited about the news I get to share with you tomorrow." The news? She and her new band, Devouring Mothers, will release their first album together this fall and will embark on a short tour to support it.

Grace didn't reveal any other details about the album, set to be released on Bloodshot Records. 

The tour, consisting of seven Midwest dates, will begin in Illinois on November 2 and last through the end of the month. Tickets go on sale for the tour Friday at 10 a.m. local time.

Devouring Mothers was formed by Grace and also consists of drummer Atom Willard and bassist Marc Jacob Hudson. All three performed previously in the successful band Against Me!
