Dressed in wispy dresses and suits, Florence & the Machine turned The Late Show stage into a baroque theater with "Hunger," the latest single from their soon-to-be-released album, High as Hope.

The London rockers were accompanied by harps and a number of pianos for their transformative performance. As always, frontwoman Florence Welch grabbed the audience's attention, sprinting across the stage and twirling across the beige-clad floor.

"Hunger," earned the group the No.1. spot on Adult Alternative Songs -- the band's fifth time topping that chart, and the first in three years.

High as Hope is the group's fourth album, set to be released June 29 on Virgin EMI. This will be the band's first record without drummer Christopher Hayden, who left the band in February.
