Gary Clark Jr.'s bluesy re-imagination of The Beatles' classic "Come Together" has already garnered major attention through the cover's official music video set to the Justice League movie trailer. This morning (Nov. 17), Clark is adding another layer to the re-imagining of the track exclusively through Billboard: a new video of himself performing his version of "Come Together" live at The Forum in Los Angeles.

“All I remember was this was a great night in L.A. playing with [Eric] Clapton," Clark Jr. tells Billboard. "This version of 'Come Together' just felt right. We have a great time playing this song.”

In the video, Clark Jr.'s face is obscured in shadows leaving the focus on his urgent vocals and searing guitar playing -- not that anything could really distract you from the song anyway. Justice League -- starring Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot and Henry Cavill -- hit theaters today, and Clark Jr.'s 12-inch vinyl single of "Come Together" will be available on Nov. 24.
