Fall Out Boy has pivoted again, and this time landed themselves in the middle of a Dia de los Muertos celebration. The band released their newest song off upcoming album M A  N   I    A, titled "HOLD ME TIGHT OR DON’T," which came accompanied by a bright music video. Fall Out Boy tweeted the video early Wednesday morning (Nov. 15), captioned "It's Time to Wake Up the Dead and Dance."

Directors Brendan Walter and Mel Soria embedded a love story in to the colorful visuals, with Fall Out Boy's more recent sound underscored by an ever-present marimba.

The cultural -- and visual -- sonic shift comes as no surprise, since band member Pete Wentz told Billboard earlier this year about the effect world music has had on their upcoming album. "The thing I point to now, more than anything, is we're listening to a lot more music happening worldwide," he explained.  "The thing I love about the globalization of music is I'm listening to beats that this kid in Lagos made... that would have never happened before." Wentz also detailed that they planned to go into the studio with collaborators from all across the globe.

While the new visuals may focus a lot more on the aesthetics of the Mexican holiday, have no fear: the llamas from previous videos are still here for the party. Catch the entire new video, below. M A  N   I    A is set to be released on Jan. 19, 2018.
