Willie Nelson, Paul Simon, James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt and many more will take part in the all-star Harvey Can't Mess with Texas: A Benefit Concert for Hurricane Harvey Relief show on Sept. 22 in Austin, Texas. The event will take place at the Frank Erwin Center from 7-11 p.m. ET and be broadcast on 11 Texas TEGNA stations and stream internationally on YouTube.com/Texas Strong from 9-10 p.m. CT.
Exclusive performances and collaborations will also include Leon Bridges, Lyle Lovett, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Edie Brickell & New Bohemians, Ryan Bingham, Ha*Ash, and other guests, as well as appearances by Matthew McConaughey, Dan Rather, Renée Zellweger, Luke Wilson, Austin Mayor Steve Adler, Houston Chief of Police Art Acevedo and more. The evening's musical director will be Charlie Sexton and Asleep at the Wheel will serve as the house band.
Tickets for the four- hour live concert will go on sale today (Sept. 13) at 3:00 p.m. CT at www.RebuildTX.org, with prices ranging from $30-$199.
