Queens of the Stone Age

This Friday (Aug. 25) Queens of the Stone Age make their triumphant return since 2013’s …Like Clockwork with the release of their forthcoming record Villains.

In anticipation for the album’s quickly approaching release date, the rock band has shared a behind-the-scenes teaser Villains Coming showing the group in the studio, laying down the upcoming album track “Villains of Circumstance."

The clip features eerie tight shots of the group in the studio as frontman Josh Homme sings the lulling, mystic lyrics, "Close your eyes and dream me while," while each sonic element is applied to the rock ballad. It’s a short clip, but a perfectly foreboding taste of what is to come with Villain’s release via Matador on Friday.
