Lifehouse has celebrated a fair share of chart-topping hits and multi-platinum records in their career, but after more than 17 years as a group, the rock band had yet to release a Greatest Hits album -- that is, until today (July 14).
The 18-track Lifehouse: Greatest Hits LP will feature classics like "Hanging By a Moment" and "Halfway Gone," as well as fan favorites such as "Broken" and "All In." The sixth track on the album, "You and Me," though, is one of the band's biggest songs to date (even reaching No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100), especially thanks to the amounts of weddings and proposals it has soundtracked. But before the song was even released to the rest of the world, Lifehouse frontman Jason Wade used the song as the theme for his own love story.
