The eerie music video for David Bowie’s “No Plan” debuted on Saturday (Jan. 7), just one day before what would have been the legendary musician’s 70th birthday.

The Tom Hingston-directed video features rows of televisions broadcasting the lyrics to “No Plan,” with enthralled onlookers watching from outside of a store. Watch the mysterious video below.

“No Plan” is one of three previously-unheard songs featured on the cast album to the Bowie-penned musical Lazarus. The soundtrack also includes “When I Met You” and “Killing a Little Time,” which weren’t been included on the singer’s final album, Blackstar.

To help celebrate Bowie’s birthday on Sunday (Jan. 8), those three tracks, along with "Lazarus" from Blackstar, are now available on the new No Plan EP. Stream it here.
