Ramones Way will mark the entrance to Queens' now-iconic Forest Hills High School.
Forest Hills High School in Queens has gained much attention over the years for educating some of music's greatest acts -- including both Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, and The Ramones, who will soon be honored with their very own street.

The street -- to be renamed Ramones Way -- is situated at the intersection of 67th Avenue and 110th Street, and will officially be unveiled on Oct. 23. The street's location marks the main entrance to Forest Hills High School, where all four original members -- Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and Tommy -- attended. In early August, another Queens street received a new name to honor the late Phife Dawg, who was a member of A Tribe Called Quest.
