“Bang Bang” is getting love on rock radio and with its new album just a month away, Green Day has shared another new track.

It’s called “Revolution Radio” and it’s the title track and second song shared off the new studio album, due Oct. 7. Really, it’s a logical follow-up to “Bang Bang’s” warm welcome -- a hard-charging, protest-minded rock song in the mold of what’s worked for Green Day since American Idiot.

Arriving three months after Blink-182’s highly successful California, the new Green Day album has a great chance to continue the commercial resurgence of veteran pop-punk bands. Stay tuned to see if they share any more new songs ahead of Revolution Radio’s Oct. 7 release date.
