Portland, Ore.-based Indie experimentalists STRFKR are back with a new album. On Nov. 4, they’ll follow 2013’s Miracle Mile with Being No One, Going Nowhere on Polyvinyl Records. They’ve also shared its first new song -- an awesome psych-funk jam called “Tape Machine” -- premiering below, exclusively via Billboard.

"'Tape Machine’ was written with two Dutch friends while I was in Amsterdam visiting my girlfriend and trying to find inspiration,” frontman Joshua Hodges tells Billboard. ”Those two friends and I wrote about six songs together and this was one they thought was too poppy for the project, so I asked if I could use it for this STRFKR record."

Well, the answer was a yes, and “Tape Machine” now serves as a spiffy teaser for the new STRFKR music we’ll get to hear before the year is out. To go along with the new LP (their fourth overall), STRFKR is also touring North America in November and December. Those dates begin Nov. 2 in Atlanta and are available in full here.
