Karen O Expecting First Child

“Shortly after we brought him home I held him in my arms and listened to Roberta Flack singing this tune I felt my heart exploding in my chest with a love I couldn't begin to put into words so Roberta's will have to do for now,” O wrote.

O continued the caption with the lyrics that she resonated with the most:

"The first time ever I saw your face / I thought the sun rose in your eyes / And the moon and the stars were the gifts you gave / To the dark and the endless skies, my love / To the dark and the endless skies."

This is the first child for the rocker and her husband Barnaby Clay, a director whose credits include videos for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Gnarls Barkley and Depeche Mode.
