The StrokesJulian Casablancas "let the cat outta the bag," according to guitarist Nick Valensi's wife Amanda de Cadenet -- the alt-rock stars are back in the studio.

During the group's set at Washington D.C.'s Landmark Festival last night (Sept. 27), Casablancas told the crowd the news, which spread across Twitter soon after before being confirmed by de Cadenet.
