Kurt Cobain's Childhood Home Can Be Yours For $400,000

The Nirvana frontman's childhood home in Aberdeen, Wash. (note: about two hours outside of Seattle by car) has been on the market almost six months, and is now listed at $329,000. The initial asking price was $500,000, and was cut to $400,000 back in March.
