Kurt Cobain's Childhood Home Drops in Price...Again
Want to live like Kurt Cobain...before he was famous?
The Nirvana frontman's childhood home in Aberdeen, Wash. (note: about two hours outside of Seattle by car) has been on the market almost six months, and is now listed at $329,000. The initial asking price was $500,000, and was cut to $400,000 back in March.
The four bedroom, one bath home has few amenities besides its status as "a piece of rock history," per the description. But who needs a cushy living space when you can have inspiration in the form of a fixer upper? Aspiring rockers and Nirvana acolytes can check out the full listing here.
