Brandon Flowers Cancels Next 6 Tour Dates

UPDATE: After this story was published, Brandon Flowers tweeted to fans, apologizing for the cancellations.

Brandon Flowers has canceling the next week of shows on his North American tour. 

Following more than two weeks on the road, The Killers frontman has canceled six shows from Thursday night until next Wednesday, Aug. 19.

Killers fan site The Killers News reports the dates are not being rescheduled and purchased tickets will be refunded. 

While Live Nation has not yet listed each date as canceled, each venue has tweeted the new, citing "unforeseen circumstances."

 

Flowers is scheduled to begin touring again in September, starting Sept. 2 at the Fox Theater in Oakland, Calif. He has not issued any official statement.

Billboard reached out to Flowers' reps for comment but did not hear back at publishing.

Aug. 14 Raleigh, NC @ The Ritz
Aug. 15 Norfolk, VA @ NorVa 
Aug. 17 Atlanta, GA @ Tabernacle
Aug. 18 Orlando, FL @ Beacham Theatre
Aug. 19 Miami Beach, FL @ The Fillmore Miami Beach
