Steven Tyler Attends GOP Debate: Was It As Donald Trump's Guest?

Steven Tyler attended Thursday night's Republican debate, possibly as a personal guest of Donald Trump's.

Tyler was there with other members of Aerosmith, who were in town to play at Friday's Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony. They connected with the debate organizers for tickets to the event but, according to The Washington Post, the band's frontman went as a guest of Trump's.

A rep for Tyler told People, "Steven Tyler is a bipartisan advocate on issues that he is passionate about. Why wouldn't he support the Republican debates? Some of his closest allies in Washington, D.C. on copyright reform are Republican. He believes many things can be accomplished when you get along with everyone and work across party lines."
