The Rise Records band plans to make up the dates later this year.

Disappointing news came from Of Mice & Men's camp this weekend -- the rock band was forced to cancel a pair of tour dates after frontman Austin Carlile was admitted to a hospital June 6 and ordered by doctors to stay overnight.

"Of Mice & Men regrets to announce that the remaining dates of the 'Full Circle Tour' will be cancelled," the band wrote on Facebook yesterday (June 7). "Therefore, tonight's show at Soma in San Diego and Tuesday's show at El Plaza Condesa in Mexico City will no longer go ahead."

Refunds for tickets to both shows will be available at the point of purchase, though the band says it plans to "be back in both cities as soon as possible," perhaps later this year.

"We will have more news on this in the coming weeks and tickets holders are welcome to retain their tickets, as they will remain valid for these rescheduled dates."

So far, no details of Carlile's hospital stay are known, though Billboard has reached out to the band's camp for comment.
