Pearl Jam lead singer and occasional alt-rock soloist Eddie Vedder surprised fans during the 7th inning stretch by singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” on Tuesday, May 12 at the Cubs' Wrigley Field. [h/t Rolling Stone]

Vedder, a longtime Cubs fan and Evanston, Illinois native, has performed the traditional baseball anthem multiple times during the 7th inning -- a tradition dating back two decades, lead by announcer Harry Caray until his death in 1998.
