The lead singer of Puddle of Mudd has missed a court date after being arrested for riding the oversized luggage carousel at the Denver International Airport last month.

Puddle of Mudd Frontman Arrested for 'Joy Ride' on Airport Baggage Carousel

KMGH-TV reports that Wes Scantlin was arrested by Denver police and charged with misdemeanor trespassing after taking his joy ride into an area that requires a security clearance for entrance.

DIA spokesman Heath Montgomery says this is only the second instance in 20 years in which airport officials remember someone riding the baggage carousel into a secured area.

Scantlin did not show up for his Tuesday arraignment, and he now faces a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Scantlin or his manager could not be immediately located for comment.
