Hey, Paramore Fans: Courage My Love Premieres Incendiary Video For 'Kerosene'
"Not only was this our first shoot with pyrotechnics, but also our first time working with live dancers and our very talented director Emma Higgins," frontwoman Mercedes Arn-Horn beams. It's the sound and image of a rising band using new resources to its advantage for the first time, raising the stakes ever higher. Check it out below, streaming exclusively via Billboard:
"I wish I could describe the vibe on set watching these dancers bring our lyrics to life with their movements, and the amazing energy Emma brought as she commanded the crew," Arn-Horn tells Billboard. "Getting to perform with a backdrop of flames really fired us up…literally!"
The trio, which also includes Mercedes' twin sister Phoenix (on drums and vocals) and Brandon Lockwood (on bass), released the LP Becoming today (March 24) on InVogue Records. They've released EPs before, but this 13-track album will be their first extended statement to American listeners.
