Emo royalty Dashboard Confessional have been pretty quiet since reissuing their debut in 2010, but this summer fans will have the chance to see the quartet reunited as they join pop-rock legends Third Eye Blind on a 38-city tour across the U.S. and Canada. Though the group hasn't performed together for 5 years, frontman Chris Carrabba has kept busy purusing solo projects and performing Dashboard material.

To commemorate the occasion, the group is offering a previously unreleased demo as a free download to new members of their fan club. Carrabba also shared a video on the Dashboard Confessional Facebook page, telling fans, "It's been a while since you've heard anything from Dashboard Confessional, and I thought it might be time to change that. So, what's new with you? Got any big plans this summer? I got a feeling I know what I'll be up to."
