May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are helping fans find some inner peace.

The couple announced on Monday (May 17) “Breathe Into It,” their first audio series and wellness hub exclusively on Calm. The series includes 13 sessions from Cabello and 11 sessions from Mendes, chronicling their personal experiences overcoming fear, coping with anxiety, practicing gratitude, building self-love, staying mindful and more.

In her sessions, the "Havana" singer discusses the unpredictable nature of life, and how she found grace, peace and positivity amid struggles with boundaries and social media. In one special session, her mom shares a powerful life lesson.

Mendes shares his journey with meditation, his philosophies on life and hosts guided meditations on compassion, overcoming fear and his personal discipline equation. He also takes fans behind the scenes to experience his pre-show ritual. See his Instagram post here.
