Britney Spears posted a rare picture with her teenage sons on Monday (March 1), standing between Sean Preston (15) and Jayden James (14) in a sunny field while reflecting on how quickly they've grown up.

"It’s so crazy how time flies .... My boys are so big now ‍‍ !!!! I know … I know … it’s very hard for any mama especially a mama with boys seeing them grow up so fast !!!!" Spears wrote.

"Talk about enough to make you go to your knees ... GEEZ  !!!! I’m extremely lucky because my two babies are such gentleman and so kind that I must have done something right," she continued. "I haven’t posted pictures of them for some time cause they’re at the age where they want to express their own identities and I totally get it .... Oh s--t I guess cool moms don’t do that ... Ok I’ll just read."

The 39-year-old singer also shared a throwback snap from the 2002 Grammy Awards. In the pic, she's smiling in a long red dress in what she called her "Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman" moment.

"Yes … this night was a dream !!!! Sometimes you have so much fun that the time flies by in literally 2 seconds !!!!  That happened to me this night," she wrote. "I got to hair and makeup in jeans and a sweatshirt and I left like this !!!! The picture is from the night when the singer presented the best pop performance by a duo or group award to U2 for "Stuck in a Moment You Can't Get Out Of," which ended with Bono bowing to kiss Britney's hand before accepting the golden gramophone.
