The apparent fan, Alex, then responded, "I have her tattooed on my arm," which inspired another sharp retort from the singer: "Nah read what u wrote hoe."
The user then replied in a since-deleted tweet that she may have to "unstan" Lana, though it would be "really hard." Del Rey fired back: "Bro. I've been waiting for u to. Do it."
Another Twitter user then posted a clip from Del Rey's Nov. 3 Instagram livestream, in which she looks at an election map on her phone and notes, "That’s a lot of red."
"Choosing this misleading clip out of the entire livestream isn't going to get you more livestreams," Del Rey wrote in response to the implication that she was in support of a Republican win. "Stupid," she added.
Meanwhile, Del Rey shared a hopeful video about her work with the DigDeep water project on behalf of the Navajo community. "No matter what the results of the election just remember we can each as individuals shine brightly and contribute to our world in our own individual way," she wrote alongside the video documenting the importance of clean water to the Navajo people.
"As I’ve been lucky enough to be given an advance from Simon and Schuster, I’m so grateful to be able to spread that money around to foundations that are in need of our help beginning with foundations connected to the Navajo community," continued the singer, who announced in July that a portion of the proceeds and her whole advance from her poetry collection, Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass, would go to a variety of Native American projects, including the Navajo Water Project.
"We hope the @digdeepwater project will find relief with the $350,000 that we delivered to them last month. I personally have always believed in personal reparations to give back to the people who have shaped our land. I look forward to updating you on the rest of the donations that we make throughout the year."
The fan's tweets have since been hidden, but you can check out Del Rey's tweets below, and watch her DigDeep video here.
