Stevie Wonder played at a drive-in rally for Democratic presidential ticket Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Saturday (Oct. 31) in Detroit, revving up the crowd with classics and his first new songs in 15 years.
The four-song set kicked off with the 1973 classic "Higher Ground" before Wonder dived into fresh tracks, "Can't Put It In the Hands of Fate" and "Where is Our Love Song."
“I'm here because I do want to see this be a united people of these United States. I'm tired of hearing about all this negativity. I'm tired of hearing about more and more people dying of htis virus that should have been checked a long time ago," Wonder said to the the crowd, encouraging them to get out and make their voices heard in Tuesday's (Nov. 3) election.
