Ariana Grande's "Positions" has topped this week's new music poll.

Music fans voted in a poll published Friday (Oct. 23) on Billboard, choosing the 27-year-old singer's confident new single as their favorite new music release of the past week.

"Positions" brought in 53 percent of the vote, beating out new music by Ty Dolla $ign (Featuring Ty Dolla $ign), Machine Gun Kelly featuring Halsey ("Forget Me Too"), H.E.R. ("Damage") and others.

The new song serves as Grande's first solo single since 2019's Thank U, Next and will be featured on her upcoming sixth studio set of the same title, which is expected to drop on Friday (Oct. 30) through Republic Records.

In the interim, the pop superstar has kept busy adding to her growing collection of No. 1 hits thanks to high-profile collaborations with both Lady Gaga ("Rain on Me") and Justin Bieber ("Stuck With U").

Grande recently revealed the track list for Positions, which features appearances by Doja Cat, The Weeknd and Ty Dolla $ign.

Earlier this week, the singer also shared the accompanying music video for "Positions, which finds the pop superstar looking presidential in Jackie O-inspired fashions.

Placing second on the tally was the "other" category with 39 percent of the vote, followed by Ty Dolla $ign's latest album, Featuring Ty Dolla $ign, in third with 2 percent of the vote.
