Months after its initial release, Billie Eilish finally dropped the music video for her James Bond theme, "No Time to Die," on Thursday (Oct. 1).

In the moody, black-and-white visual, the pop star stands behind an old-fashioned microphone as she croons the track's haunting lyrics.

"Was I stupid to love you?/ Was I reckless to help?/ Was it obvious to everybody else/ That I'd fallen for a lie?You were never on my side/ Fool me once, fool me twice/ Are you death or paradise?/ Now you'll never see me cry/ There's just no time to die," she sings of a lover's betrayal on the song's creeping chorus. The visual also features footage of scenes taken from the film.

Initially slated for release in April, the 25th installment of the Bond franchise -- also titled No Time to Die -- was one of the first casualties of the summer blockbuster season due to the coronavirus pandemic. The film has since been postponed multiple times, and is currently scheduled for a tentative Nov. 20 release date in theaters across North America.

Since the theme song's February release, Eilish has notched her third Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with one-off single "My Future," which bowed at No. 6 on the chart dated Aug. 14.

The teenaged superstar is also currently up for a total of 12 awards at the upcoming 2020 Billboard Music Awards, including top artist, top female artist, top Billboard 200 album (for 2019's When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?) and top Hot 100 song (for "Bad Guy").
