Why Don't We, "Fallin'"

If falling in love felt like falling down an elevator shaft or off an electric tower, then Why Don't We have been there and done that.

On Tuesday (Sept. 29), the boy band dropped the visual for their first single since they announced their musical hiatus back in January. And the hardcore introduction sounds all-too-familiar to hip-hop fans, who recognize the sampled drums from Kanye West's "Black Skinhead" track off his 2013 album Yeezus. In a YouTube live stream yesterday, they revealed how "he cleared the sample which was really really cool. Him and Daft Punk, and then some of the other writers on the song."

Zach Herron, Jack Avery, Daniel Seavey, Corbyn Besson and Jonah Marais use the beat to build a different kind of adrenaline rush, one that comes with first falling in love with someone so hard that it feels, and looks, life-threatening.
