Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion twerked their way into a joint debut on Billboard's Songs of the Summer chart this week (dated Sept. 5) with "WAP" coming in at No. 17.

But DaBaby's "Rockstar," featuring Roddy Ricch, is still rocking at the top of the chart, gaining a 12th week at the No. 1 spot.

The following four songs in the top five hold onto their positions as September rolls in: The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" at No. 2; Megan Thee Stallion's "Savage" remix, featuring Beyoncé, at No. 3; Jack Harlow's "Whats Poppin," featuring DaBabyTory Lanez and Lil Wayne, at No. 4; and Saint Jhn's "Roses" at No. 5.

The Songs of the Summer summary tracks the most popular titles based on cumulative performance on the weekly streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Hot 100 chart from Memorial Day through Labor Day (this year encompassing charts dated June 6 through Sept. 12). At the end of the season (after just one more chart week following this week), the top song of the summer will be revealed.
