From announcing themselves as, "Hi, I'm [insert name] and you're watching Disney Channel!" to hearing their names echoed throughout their sold-out tours, Disney Channel has provided the earliest stages for the biggest pop stars of the 21st century.
Former Mickey Mouse Club members Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake grew up to become the faces of teen pop at the turn of the millennium. They individually went on to snag at least 30 Billboard Hot 100 songs and sell at least 30 million records while maintaining their titles as three of the best-selling musicians in history.
The following generation of Disney Channel stars, including Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and the Jonas Brothers, took similar routes to success in their respective careers. Lovato even called their clique in an interview earlier this year "Disney High."
