Lady Gaga surprised fans on Thursday (May 28) by serving up "Sour Candy," her wildly-anticipated collaboration with Blackpink, and it's safe to say both Little Monsters and Blinks are on a sugar high.

Arriving on the eve of Chromatica's release, the track sent both pop fandoms into a frenzy on social media over its slinking beat and stuttering chorus.

"Gaga x Blackpink is a huge serve! #SourCandy is such a cute bop, they did that!" one fan tweeted, while another cleverly resurrected the recent viral meme featuring Lisa's legs with a photo from Gaga's Super Bowl halftime show rehearsals, writing, "Me singing both parts of #SourCandy by Lady Gaga and Blackpink."

Several Blinks pointed to both Rosé and Lisa's vocals in the track's opening verse as a major highlight, while one declared, "Nah the way BLACKPINK ate at the end of #SourCandy, legendaric."

"Sour Candy" follows Gaga's Ariana Grande collaboration, "Rain On Me," and lead single "Stupid Love" as the third taste of her long-awaited sixth studio LP, which is set to arrive Friday (May 29) after being postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
