Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber attend the premiere of YouTube Originals' "Justin Bieber: Seasons" at Regency Bruin Theatre on Jan. 27, 2020 in Los Angeles.

When is a gluten-free chocolate chunk cookie more than a gluten-free chocolate chunk cookie? When Justin and Hailey Bieber make them in the 11th episode of their intimate quarantine saga The Biebers on Watch.

Set up in their spacious, spare kitchen in the couple's Toronto manse, the eight-minute meditation finds them whisking, mixing and pouring the ingredients as Justin randomly shouts out lines from workplace comedy classic Office Space ("Yeahhhh... I'm gonna have to go ahead and get you to come in tomorrow.")

Hailey is not familiar. Kind of like Justin isn't familiar with more than the opening lines of "Do-Re-Mi" from The Sound of Music, which he begins to sing before losing steam, even though Hailey laughs that she croons it "to annoy Justin all the time."

Other things we learn: messy cooking set-ups make them both anxious and Hailey "is not one of the kids" and is not cool enough to be up on the latest TikTok moves that JB shows her.

Aww, c'mon, Hailey, don't sell yourself short like that. After revealing in previous episodes that he had never washed a dog and wishes he'd saved his virginity for marriage, Justin serves up the ultimate deep secret, his favorite dessert: apple pie and ice cream, or pumpkin pie. Spoiler alert, he likes salty and sweet together!

There are smooches while the couple wait for the cookies to bake and professions of love amid the quarantine as Justin very slyly slips in a promotional reference to his Ariana Grande charity single, "Stuck With U" as he chases Hailey around and slips kisses on her neck before seemingly giving up on the conceit of the shoot and hoisting his beloved up onto his hips for a romantic mid-cooking grind session.
