For some, being quarantined means getting to spend a lot more time with the people they love -- and Charli XCX has just the song for them.

On Thursday (April 23), Charli released her latest single "Claws," from her upcoming quarantine-inspired album How I'm Feeling Now. Produced by 100 Gecs' Dylan Brady, the glitchy new single sees Charli letting her l0ver know just how deeply in love she is. "Like your mind, like your smile/ Like your eyes, I could die," she sings. "I like, I like, I like, I like, I like everything about you."

The new song was actually selected by Charli's fans (who call themselves the "Angels") to be her next single in a poll. That's just one way fans have been involved in the process of helping curate Charli's new album, including ongoing weekly Zoom "updates" from the singer and posts on her social media asking for input on lyrics and more.
