Mariah Carey decided to teach her Lambs an important lesson in personal hygiene in the midst of the global coronavirus pandemic on Friday (March 13).

Sharing a clip of herself and Dem Babies -- Carey's twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-husband Nick Cannon -- washing their hands to Ol' Dirty Bastard's verse on the "Fantasy" remix, the superstar wrote, "Exercising this to 20 seconds of Ol' Dirty Bastard! Wash your hands! Stay safe!!!"

In the TikTok video, Mimi's 8-year-old twins show off an impressive knowledge of the 1995 No. 1 hit, singing along word for word to the late rapper's iconic rhymes. "Me and Mariah/ Go back like babies and pacifiers," the pair recite, mugging for the camera while Carey continues, "Old Dirt Dog no liar/ Keep your fantasy hot like fire." (Upon its release in September 1995, "Fantasy" became the first song in Billboard history by a female artist to debut at the top of the Hot 100, earning Carey her 9th career No. 1 and eventually spending eight weeks reigning over the chart.)

The hygiene-focused moment comes just one week after the superstar postponed her March 10 concert in Honolulu due to the coronavirus outbreak. Check out Mimi's hand-washing tutorial:
