Ahead of the actual Oct. 31 holiday, weekend Halloween parties presented plenty of opportunities to get into the spirit with top-notch looks.

"I’m here to assist your shhhttaaaankin ass," Cardi B quipped while sharing a snapshot of herself dressed as a sexy nurse on Twitter.

Demi Lovato, who's already shown off two different costumes -- Marie Antoinette and Pennywise -- on Instagram warned: "I told y’all I don’t play on Halloween!! It’s my time to shine."

Others paid tribute to each other: Nina Dobrev pulled off a fierce Billie EilishHalsey transformed from Marilyn Manson to Cher and Jessica Biel showed up as a throwback of husband Justin Timberlake's boy band days.
