Christmas is coming early for Idina Menzel fans! On Friday (Oct. 18), the Broadway and Frozen star released her new holiday album, Christmas: A Season of Love.
On the LP -- her second Christmas offering following 2014’s Holiday Wishes -- Menzel joins forces with Ariana Grande on swinging shout-out to Santa’s better half “A Hand For Mrs. Claus” as well as Frozen co-star Josh Gad (“We Wish You The Merriest”), fellow Broadway vet Billy Porter (“I Got My Love To Keep Me Warm”) and husband Aaron Lohr (“I’ll Be Home For Christmas”).
In addition to classics and standards such as "O Holy Night/Ave Maria" and "Auld Lang Syne," Christmas also features original song “At This Table,” which Menzel penned as a call for inclusivity at the holidays, and a new Christmas-themed solo version of Rent hit “Seasons of Love.”
