Swifties around the globe took to social media on Tuesday (Sept. 17) to share their excitement, shock and utter glee following Taylor Swift’s announcement of her upcoming "Lover Fest."

“Taylor Swift really was like I’m tired of selling out arena[s] and stadiums, I’m just gonna go create festivals instead,” one fan wrote of the superstar's new music festival, which will launch in celebration of her seventh full-length studio album, Lover.

The international leg of the tour kicks off June 20 in Werchter, Belgium before heading stateside July 25 just four U.S. dates differentiated between "Lover Fest West" (at the brand-new SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles) and "Lover Fest East" (at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts).

More dates and special guests are expected to be announced soon.
