It's Nice to Have a Mentor: Taylor Swift Is Returning to 'The Voice'

Taylor Swift is bringing her talents to The Voice again.

NBC announced on Monday (Sept. 16) that Swift will serve as the show's Mega Mentor on the upcoming 17th season, joining coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani as they usher their teams to the Knockout Rounds, which will start airing next month.

This is the second go-round for Swift as a Mega Mentor on the Emmy-winning reality singing show, where she first lent a hand in season 7; she also performed her hit single "Me!" with Brendon Urie on the Season 16 finale. When the Knockout Rounds begin, each artist will be paired with a teammate and select their own songs to sing and Swift will help all four coaches and their teams by providing feedback and suggestions as each singer prepares for their performance.

NBC recently announed the roster of Battle Advisors for the upcoming season, which will include Normani joining season one American Idol winner Clarkson's team, along with returning former season four and six judge Usher, who will work alongside Legend. The other two battles advisors on board for the season are Team Stefani's Will.i.am and Team Shelton's Darius Rucker. Season 17 of The Voice premieres on Sept. 23 on NBC at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
