If you've ever wondered what an adult treehouse would look like, James Arthur and Ty Dolla $ign have a pretty trippy illustration of one for you.

The pair, along with British rapper Shotty Horroh, released their new single "Treehouse" on Friday (Sept. 6), along with a colorfully animated video that sees them all singing the tune in a floating — and smoke-filled — treehouse. The kaleidoscopic visuals are a mesmerizing match for the song's bouncy melody.

Cool visuals aside, "Treehouse" is super heartfelt, as the guys are offering a safe space for anyone going through a tough time. "You ever start to freak out / Come meet me at my treehouse," Arthur sings on the chorus, with Horroh adding "It's alright, alright not to be alright" and Ty Dolla $ign promising to make things better with a little love and money ("Only the best for you, I cover you in diamonds").

"‘Treehouse’ is a song about surrendering – going to a safe place, a sanctuary where you can get away from your troubles," Arthur said in a statement. "The sentiment is ‘it’s okay not to be okay’, just take a load off and go to your happy place. The line ‘I don’t know why you don’t ask for help’ could be directed at me, but everyone feels life getting on top of them at times. That’s the message I want to share. It’s an inclusive song, not a personal one.”

The track will be part of Arthur's forthcoming third album, You, which arrives Oct. 18. The singer adds that while his previous album, the UK Albums chart-topping Back From the Edge, was autobiographical, his next LP is "all about you" — and "Treehouse" is proof of that.
