BTS, Mariah Carey & More: Who Should Remix Lil Nas X's 'Old Town Road' Next? Vote!

Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" featuring Billy Ray Cyrus has been dominating the summer, having just celebrated its 14th week at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Last week, the rapper released a remix of the track which featured an unlikely pairing: Young Thug and singer/yodeler Mason Ramsey.

After the remix was put into the world, Lil Nas tweeted, "deep down inside i wanna release another old town road remix." A couple of people responded, including Mariah Carey and Smash Mouth -- another strange potential pairing that could work.

Carey teased that the track should be mashed up with her 1995 hit "One Sweet Day" while Smash Mouth responded with "let's do it."

Now the world is thinking about what other potential remixes could take place. Ed Sheeran could be into it, given his recent No. 6 Collaboration Project. Post Malone is another rapper with a bit of a rock singer-songwriter edge, so that would make sense too. Justin Bieber, who just appeared on a remix of Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy," could maybe keep his collab streak going with the help of Lil Nas.
