Selena Gomez arrives at Live with Kelly and Ryan in New York City on June 12, 2019.

Selena Gomez stopped by 'Live With Kelly and Ryan' on Wednesday (June 12).

To promote her upcoming zombie comedy film The Dead Don't Die, out Friday (June 14), Selena Gomez visited Live With Kelly and Ryan for a chat.

The two hosts were eager to hear about how the super star manages her 150+ million followers on Instagram, which led her to reveal that she actually doesn't even have the app on her phone. "I think it's become really unhealthy for young people, including myself, to spend all of their time fixating on all of these comments and it was affecting me," Gomez said in the June 12 interview. "It would make me depressed, it would make me feel not good about myself, and look at my body differently."

"I have it [the app] on someone else's phone and when I feel like I wanna share something with my fans, I do it then," she explained.

The three went on to talk about a hilarious video Gomez recently posted of her doing a nostril exercise, plus The Dead Don't Die. "We don't want to give it away, but you lose your head," Seacrest said, which Gomez confirmed, saying that it was an awkward experience with co-star Adam Driver.

And speaking of co-stars, Gomez also went on to talk about what a pleasure Bill Murray was to work with: "He's so cool. He's just one of the funniest people I've ever met. He's so genuine and so kind." After several red carpet photos of Murray whispering in Gomez's ear hitting the Internet in recent weeks, the "Wolves" singer explained the type of things Murray say.

"He just says the dumbest things. He'll ask me about hot dogs and then say something else like, 'You look nice, Gomez.'"
