Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber Confirm New Collaboration 'I Don't Care'

It's official: longtime friends Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran are teaming up once again.

On Tuesday (May 7), the pop princes each shared the news of Sheeran's newest single, "I Don't Care," on their respective social media accounts; Bieber simply said he has a new song on the way with "this guy" and shared with goofy pics of him and Sheeran as "a cool cat and fart face," while Sheeran shared a sheet of the track's handwritten lyrics and took to his Instagram Story to say he has "a new song coming out on Friday."

News of Bieber and Sheeran's joint effort comes after days of hints from them both, which included photos from the set of a shoot featuring them both in Hawaiian-print shirts and a snippet of "I Don't Care" that Bieber revealed on social media.

The pair previously collaborated on "Love Yourself," which Sheeran co-wrote with Bieber and Benny Blanco. They also both made appearances on Lil Dicky's "Earth."

"I Don't Care" drops this Friday (May 10).
