Title track featuring Lykke Li dropped on Friday (April 12).
Mark Ronson announced the track listing and release date for his upcoming Late Night Feelings Album on Friday (April 12), which features collaborations with Miley Cyrus, Lykke Li, Angel Olsen, Yebba, Camila Cabello and King Princess, among others. The fifth album from the Grammy- and Golden Globe-winning artist/producer/songwriter is due out on June 21 on RCA Records, with the title track featuring Li out now.
Ronson has described the album as a collection of "sad bangers," with the title track laying down a warm mid-tempo dance groove under Li's melancholy vocals. "My heart keeps pulling in the wrong direction/ I'm about to cross that line/ Looking for the wrong affection/ Night after night," Li sings before breaking into the 1970s roller disco chorus: "When I get to want ya/ And I wanna Call ya/ With late night feelings."
The Li collaboration comes after Ronson hit No. 1 on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart with the album's first single, the propulsive "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart," which has notched 332 million streams worldwide and more than 100 million video views.
