Watching aspiring singers duke it out every week is exciting. But what if you could also watch the songwriters who are going to make them stars do their thing? We'll find out if that's a reality you're willing to dive into on May 28 when NBC debuts Songland, a series focused on finding the next great songwriter. The NBC show is executive produced by Audrey Morrissey, director Ivan Dudynsky, producer/Eurythmics member Dave Stewart and The Voice coach and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine.
The trailer for the show -- which also counts OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder as a producer -- features John Legend, the Jonas Brothers, Charlie Puth, Meghan Trainor, Macklemore, Kelsea Ballerini and Will.i.am.
