Jonas Brothers Reuniting, Announce Comeback Single 'Sucker'
The sibling trio will also appear on 'Carpool Karaoke.'
The Jonas Brothers are back.
Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas confirmed on Thursday (Feb. 28) that they are reuniting after nearly six years apart. As part of their new deal with Republic Records, the sibling trio will drop their comeback single "Sucker" at midnight on Friday (March 1).
The news was formally revealed in a two-minute teaser for the Bros' upcoming appearance on James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke." After Corden picks up Joe and Nick hops in the back seat, Kevin dials in, asking to join the ride along and the reunion fans have been waiting for since Oct. 2013 was on. "Is what I think is happening is it happening?" Corden asks. "Yup, we're back," the boys say in unison as they bust into "Burnin' Up."
Nick says "it's nice to finally tell somebody," after keeping their secret for nearly eight months. The teaser also features a snippet of the upbeat "Sucker."
The siblings will launch a week-long takeover of The Late Late Show next week (March 4-7) on CBS, joining Corden on Monday for a couch chat and sharing the story behind their getback. They will also appear in sketches and songs and Late Late Show segments, including the beloved "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" and "Carpool Karaoke," as well as perform the world premiere of "Sucker."
